Two days to go before I leave for Japan. I did a test run of packing my pack and it weighs in at 14 pounds. Not too bad. I might make some adjustments tomorrow night before I head out Friday. Here is picture of my stuff before I packed it in individual zip lock bags.

Looks like you are all set. You could cut out a bit of weight by a regular tootbrush and razors to eliminate the electronics but that is always a matter of personal pleasure. You are down to minimums otherwise so you will really enjoy things and even have room for 100 yen shopping! Gambatte.
